We led the full execution of the Bab Al Bahrain Forum, delivering a dynamic experience across two dedicated halls featuring interactive activations and curated workshops. Our scope included the creation of compelling media content, including a documentary with professional actors, a live feed setup, and full event coverage. We designed and installed a detailed timeline board highlighting the history of the Bahrain Chamber and managed the entire registration process seamlessly. The experience culminated in an elegant gala dinner that brought together key stakeholders in a setting that reflected the forum’s prestige. From creative direction to logistics, we oversaw every aspect of the event including custom giveaways and the design and production of trophies ensuring a cohesive and impactful experience from start to finish.
