In celebration of Kuwait National Day, the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA), in partnership with The Avenues–Bahrain, hosted a vibrant 3-day event from February 21st to 23rd, blending regional pride with cultural connection in an energetic, family-friendly atmosphere. Visitors enjoyed traditional sweets and beverages while digital displays showcased Kuwait’s cultural heritage and the national anthem played throughout the venue. The highlight was an interactive, live-streamed quiz hosted by popular social media personalities — Omar Mahboob, Shaima Rahimi, Razan Al Jassim, Mohammed Isa, and Mohamed Sadiq — rewarding correct answers with surprise flash mobs of traditional dancers. TARTEEB handled the event concept development, branding and in-house production, setup design, and on-site management, delivering an unforgettable celebration.
To celebrate the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s 88th National Day, the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA), in partnership with The Avenues Bahrain, hosted a vibrant in-mall pop-up event showcasing traditional Saudi hospitality and culture. Featuring the national anthem, flag displays, live musical performances including the Ardha dance, and a selection of authentic sweets and beverages, the event offered a rich cultural experience for shoppers. Social media influencers made surprise appearances, engaging with visitors and adding excitement to the festivities. TARTEEB managed the entire event, providing concept development, branding, production, setup design, and on-site management to create a memorable family-friendly celebration of regional pride.
The event marked the premiere of the video “Khamiskom Fallah,” a hit single with over 10 million views on YouTube. Key guests included Shuaib, Tariq Al Harbi, Ahmed Sharif, DJ Outlaw, Bovlix, Khaled Janahi, Imran Alaradi, and the TARTEEB team. TARTEEB provided full event services, including branding, printing, production and setup, lighting, electronics and sound systems, organizing, gift items, and video and photography coverage, ensuring a seamless and memorable launch.
“Chicken Nuggets” was Imran’s first officially documented stand-up comedy show, produced and organized by TARTEEB with a special appearance by Khaled Janahi, music by DJ Outlaw, and performances by Flipperachi and Bovlix. The show, the first of its kind in Bahrain, revolved around the Bahraini lifestyle today. TARTEEB managed branding, production and setup, printing, organizing, and complete video and photography coverage, making the event a landmark in Bahrain’s entertainment scene.
To mark Arab Traffic Week, held from March 7th to 16th, a series of engaging events and activities promoting road safety and accident prevention took place at The Avenues Mall within the specially designed Traffic Village. Inaugurated by Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, the Village featured 19 interactive sections focused on education, entertainment, and traffic services, along with additional programs emphasizing the importance of responsible driving. TARTEEB managed the event’s concept development, branding and in-house production, setup design, and on-site management to ensure a meaningful and impactful experience for the public.
Shop Bahrain is the Kingdom’s largest shopping festival, spanning over 20 malls and attracting attendees from across the GCC with a wide array of valuable prizes. Designed to promote shopping tourism, this fun and family-friendly nationwide event welcomes both residents and visitors. For two consecutive years, our experienced team successfully coordinated the large-scale festival, developing a loyalty rewards system supported by a user-friendly app that drove high participation and delighted shoppers. Our comprehensive services included kiosk design, branding and in-house design, on-site management, staff recruitment and training, sponsorship management, mechanism development, in-mall concept setup, raffle draw management, and overall logistics.
To complement Shop Bahrain 2019, a vibrant Saturday Market was launched at Bab Al-Bahrain, featuring a wide range of handcrafted, locally-made products that reflected traditional Bahraini culture and craftsmanship. The market also included live musical performances, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere. Popular among Bahrainis, residents, and visitors, the event offered an entertaining and educational experience for the whole family. In partnership with FB Events, we organized the 2019 Zumba® Fitness Marathon (Zumbathon®), led by International Zumba® Presenters and attended by over 1,000 women from Bahrain and the GCC. The event created a fun, supportive atmosphere that highlighted the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle in Bahrain. Following the marathon, TARTEEB and FB Events proudly donated BHD 6,000 to the Smile Initiative, supporting children and families battling cancer. Our services included event concept development, branding, in-house production, setup design, and on-site management.Over the course of a month, TARTEEB delivered an impressive 100 shows, each drawing more than 5,000 visitors. The resounding success of this event has paved the way for its inclusion in various upcoming festivals and events across the region, promising even more unforgettable experiences.
