This event was an entertainment event that was open to the public, it included many activities and tournaments for children and families such as: Kids Area, Gift Items, Talent Shows, Printing, Setup and Onsite Organizers, and Entertainment performances.
We supported the Riffa Views International School Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2023 by producing select media content and design elements that captured the spirit and significance of the occasion. Held at the Bahrain National Theatre and attended by H.H Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the ceremony celebrated the achievements of the graduating class in a formal and heartfelt setting. Our team delivered tailored visual content and creative assets that complemented the overall atmosphere, helping to preserve and present the event in a meaningful and memorable way.
For the Bahrain Airport Services Iftar, we provided event management along with simple yet elegant design elements to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our team handled the full coordination of the evening, ensuring a smooth guest experience from start to finish. We also produced branded banners that complemented the event’s setting, adding a refined visual touch in line with the spirit of Ramadan and BAS’s professional identity.
For the grand opening of CZN Burak, we crafted a visually captivating atmosphere that matched the energy of the brand. Our contributions included a custom-designed entrance arch, elegant table setups adorned with fresh floral arrangements, and cohesive design elements throughout the venue. We oversaw full production and event management, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. With a team of professional ushers guiding guests, the event delivered a polished and memorable experience from start to finish.
We proudly executed the Big 5 Pavilion for Tamkeen, delivering a comprehensive experience that showcased Bahrain’s presence at one of the region’s leading industry events. Our scope included the full design and build of the pavilion, tailored to reflect Tamkeen’s identity and the innovation of its participating companies. We managed all aspects of production, on-site coordination, and participant support to ensure a seamless and impactful presence. The experience was enhanced with professional ushering services, curated catering, and end-to-end management. In addition, video coverage captured key moments and interactions, highlighting the value and engagement within the pavilion.
For Benefit’s Mother’s Day campaign, we produced a heartfelt video that celebrated the spirit of motherhood in a relatable and emotionally engaging way. The project involved full video production from concept development to final edit featuring a cast of talents and influencers who brought authenticity and warmth to the message. The result was a visually compelling and emotionally resonant piece that connected with audiences and reinforced Benefit’s brand values.
We collaborated with IKNS to bring their annual Carnival to life as a vibrant community fundraiser filled with energy and purpose. Our role encompassed full event production, creative design, and on-ground management, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for students, families, and visitors. The event featured a wide range of interactive activations and entertainment zones, all tailored to support the fundraising goals while creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere. From concept to execution, every element was thoughtfully crafted to reflect the spirit of the school community and the impact of collective participation.
We proudly delivered the full execution and management of the Dragon Gaming Zone at Dragon City, creating an engaging and interactive entertainment space for visitors of all ages. Our team designed and built the full platform from the ground up, overseeing everything from layout planning and zone design to production and on-site operations. The activation featured a dedicated FC 2025 gaming area, high-performance car simulators, and an Astro world-inspired zone, each offering a unique and accessible experience.
