We managed the NATO 5th Istanbul Cooperation Initiative Policy Advisory Group Meeting in close coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, delivering a high-level conference experience with attention to every detail. Our scope included full event setup, meeting room arrangements, stage design, and the seamless execution of the conference environment. We handled registration, ID badge issuance, and all printables to ensure a smooth guest experience. Branded giveaways, customized screen content, and cohesive design elements reinforced the event’s identity. From production and branding to on-site management and professional ushers, every aspect was executed to meet international standards and diplomatic protocol.Over the course of a month, TARTEEB delivered an impressive 100 shows, each drawing more than 5,000 visitors.
