In celebration of Kuwait National Day, the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA), in partnership with The Avenues–Bahrain, hosted a vibrant 3-day event from February 21st to 23rd, blending regional pride with cultural connection in an energetic, family-friendly atmosphere. Visitors enjoyed traditional sweets and beverages while digital displays showcased Kuwait’s cultural heritage and the national anthem played throughout the venue. The highlight was an interactive, live-streamed quiz hosted by popular social media personalities — Omar Mahboob, Shaima Rahimi, Razan Al Jassim, Mohammed Isa, and Mohamed Sadiq — rewarding correct answers with surprise flash mobs of traditional dancers. TARTEEB handled the event concept development, branding and in-house production, setup design, and on-site management, delivering an unforgettable celebration.

To celebrate the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s 88th National Day, the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA), in partnership with The Avenues Bahrain, hosted a vibrant in-mall pop-up event showcasing traditional Saudi hospitality and culture. Featuring the national anthem, flag displays, live musical performances including the Ardha dance, and a selection of authentic sweets and beverages, the event offered a rich cultural experience for shoppers. Social media influencers made surprise appearances, engaging with visitors and adding excitement to the festivities. TARTEEB managed the entire event, providing concept development, branding, production, setup design, and on-site management to create a memorable family-friendly celebration of regional pride.

Shop Bahrain is the Kingdom’s largest shopping festival, spanning over 20 malls and attracting attendees from across the GCC with a wide array of valuable prizes. Designed to promote shopping tourism, this fun and family-friendly nationwide event welcomes both residents and visitors. For two consecutive years, our experienced team successfully coordinated the large-scale festival, developing a loyalty rewards system supported by a user-friendly app that drove high participation and delighted shoppers. Our comprehensive services included kiosk design, branding and in-house design, on-site management, staff recruitment and training, sponsorship management, mechanism development, in-mall concept setup, raffle draw management, and overall logistics.

To complement Shop Bahrain 2019, a vibrant Saturday Market was launched at Bab Al-Bahrain, featuring a wide range of handcrafted, locally-made products that reflected traditional Bahraini culture and craftsmanship. The market also included live musical performances, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere. Popular among Bahrainis, residents, and visitors, the event offered an entertaining and educational experience for the whole family. For Cinema Week, we delivered a star-studded experience that brought together entertainment, style, and seamless execution. Our team handled the full production, including a striking media wall and red carpet setup that set the stage for a glamorous atmosphere. We coordinated a mix of actors and influencers to amplify the event’s reach, while our photographers captured every moment with cinematic flair. From creative design elements to on-ground coordination, every detail was curated to celebrate the magic of cinema and create a memorable experience for guests and media alike.
