This event was an entertainment event that was open to the public, it included many activities and tournaments for children and families such as: Kids Area, Gift Items, Talent Shows, Printing, Setup and Onsite Organizers, and Entertainment performances.

Our contributions included a custom-designed entrance arch, elegant table setups adorned with fresh floral arrangements, and cohesive design elements throughout the venue. We oversaw full production and event management, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. We proudly delivered the full execution and management of the Dragon Gaming Zone at Dragon City, creating an engaging and interactive entertainment space for visitors of all ages. Our team designed and built the full platform from the ground up, overseeing everything from layout planning and zone design to production and on-site operations. The activation featured a dedicated FC 2025 gaming area, high-performance car simulators, and an Astro world-inspired zone, each offering a unique and accessible experience. The event featured licensed shows from Bahrain TV, live music performances, roaming entertainment, and a dedicated area for live Gulf Cup screenings, creating a dynamic and festive atmosphere. We also managed food and beverage offerings, provided ushering services, and oversaw all on-ground operations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Every element was carefully curated to reflect the spirit of the season and enhance the community experience at Souq Al Baraha.
Our team successfully delivered a cultural entertainment event, handling all aspects from concept to execution. We built a stand for MARASSI into for Winter Village, where visitors enjoyed a festive wonderland filled with seasonal delights. For four magical weeks, guests of all ages explored twinkling light displays and joyful activities for kids & youth that captured the spirit of the winter season.
