An energetic 3-day celebration of regional pride and cultural connection: The BTEA, in partnership with the The Avenues-Bahrain, marked Kuwait National Day from the 21st – 23rd February with a special interactive experience that galvanized crowds and made for a particularly entertaining, family-friendly day out.

Traditional sweets and beverages were offered throughout the festivities while digital screens displayed scenes depicting Kuwait’s rich cultural heritage and the national anthem played overhead.

Audiences were treated to a real-time quiz event hosted by some of the region’s most popular social media stars who questioned participants via live-stream. Correct guesses were rewarded with a flash mob of traditional dancers that dazed and delighted visitors with an incredible performance.
